3. Select Pickup or Delivery

-Choose to pick up your items or have us deliver and set them up for you. We’ll work with your schedule.

-Relax and celebrate! We’ll handle the rest and make sure your rentals are just right.

  • Pickup and delivery options are available to suit your needs.

    Pickup:
    Pickup is included at no additional cost. While a time is selected during booking, this is not the final pickup time — we will contact you before your event to schedule the exact date and time. Pickup will always be scheduled before your party starts.

    Delivery:
    Delivery is available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout.

    • In-town delivery (Celina): $15 flat fee for orders under $100
    • Out-of-town delivery: $2 per mile + $15 base fee (rates vary by location)

    Selected delivery and pickup times during checkout are used as a guide. We will confirm final delivery and pickup times after booking.

    • Deliveries may be made before the selected date, depending on demand — at no additional cost.
    • Exact-time delivery is available for an additional $25.

  • Damaged or Stained Items

    If any rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please let us know as soon as possible.

    Our team will assess the damage and determine if repair or replacement charges apply. For full details, please refer to our rental agreement.
