1. Understanding Your Event- The first step in planning your event is understanding your guest count. Knowing the number of people attending helps you determine your essentials: Do you need a tent, and if so, what size? How many chairs and tables will you require? Will you need extras like trash cans to keep the space tidy? With this information, you can plan with confidence and ensure all your guests are comfortable and cared for.

2. Exploring Your Options- This is the fun part! Explore our website to find the best options for your event. For recommendations based on event size, check below. Browse our available tents, tables, chairs, and pre-made bundles, designed to simplify your planning. Don’t forget to check out our add-ons, like sidewalls and trash cans, to customize your setup and keep things running smoothly.

3. Booking Your Equipment- Once you’ve selected your items and bundles, make sure you have the correct dates set and proceed to checkout. Please note, all non-pop-up tents require booking at least 7 days in advance to allow for underground utility marking. At checkout, fill in all necessary information, and once completed, we’ll be in touch to confirm delivery or pickup details.

Bundles by Party Size

Our two bundles offer different options for various party sizes. The Celebration Starter Bundle includes a 10x20 pop-up tent, 18 chairs, and three 6-foot banquet tables. Perfect for smaller gatherings like birthdays and graduations, this bundle is also ideal for pickup to save costs, as the pop-up tent can be set up independently.

For larger gatherings, our Celebration Deluxe Bundle provides a 20x20 frame tent, six 6-foot banquet tables, and 36 chairs. If you prefer a more intimate setup, you can substitute the banquet tables with four 4-foot round tables and opt for 24 chairs instead, adding a touch of elegance. This bundle also includes free delivery, tent setup, and takedown.
